メニューが削れる場合も、予約時確定内容のご料金をいただきます。メニューを削る場合は前日19時までにご連絡ください。

〈 キャンセル可能 〉
前日19時までLINE・アプリ内からキャンセルが可能です。
以降のキャンセルは当日キャンセルの該当となりますのでご注意ください。
〈 前日に日程変更を希望される場合 〉
前日19時を過ぎますと当日キャンセル扱いとなります。
日程変更の場合は、前日19時までに※変更を完了※させていただくようお願いいたします。
〈 ご遅刻について 〉
当日15分からのご遅刻で時間変更料3,300円お支払いいただきます。また、ご遅刻により受けられなかった施術があった場合にも、予約時確定内容でのお支払いとなりますので、ご来店時刻にはお気をつけてお越し下さい。
また、当店完全予約制となっておりますので5分前よりも早いご来店はお控え下さい。

〈 Same-day menu change 〉
Even if the menu is deleted, you will be charged a fixed fee at the time of reservation.
If you want to shave the menu, please contact us by seven o'clock in the evening the day before.
〈 CANCELABLE 〉
Cancellations can be made from within the LINE app until 19:00 the day before.
Please note that subsequent cancellations are subject to cancellation on the same day.
〈 If you wish to change the schedule to the previous day 〉
After seven o'clock in the evening the day before, the cancellation will be made on the same day.
In the case of changing the schedule, please complete the change by 19:00 the day before.
〈 About your lateness 〉
If you are late from 15 minutes on the day, you will have to pay a time change fee of 3,300 yen.
Also, if there is a procedure that you couldn't receive due to being late, you will have to pay with the details confirmed at the time of reservation, so please be careful when you come to the store. Also, please refrain from coming to our store earlier than 5 minutes because we have a full reservation system
